MEET THE FOUNDER

Snezana Hay has spent more than two decades inside the world of sport, entertainment and brand storytelling - leading major campaigns, managing global talent, and shaping moments that capture public attention. But after years working across both agency and in-house roles, she saw a gap: brands weren’t getting the personalised, hands-on service they deserved, and opportunities to connect meaningfully with audiences were being missed.

So she set out to build something better.

Snezana founded SPEAK with a clear philosophy: do great work, work with great people, and always operate with integrity, clarity and creative ambition. Her leadership style is grounded in instinct, experience and an unapologetically high bar for thinking and execution. She believes PR is at its best when it’s culturally aware, strategically sharp and delivered with precision.

Under her guidance, SPEAK has become a trusted partner to some of the biggest brands in sport, entertainment and culture and was recognised as Mumbrella CommsCon PR Agency of the Year – Boutique/Small (2024).
